Toadflax and the bee

Nigel and I had tickets for an art exhibition at the local library. The paintings were painted by artists along the South Downs Way which runs. over the spectacular and ancient South Downs, from Winchester to Eastbourne. The art work was amazing and I’d definitely recommend it if you are local to Winchester.

Afterwards we had an early lunch.

This afternoon I’ve cooked my loaf. This evening I’ve volunteered at the theatre. It was a children’s dance competition. The children were amazing.

It’s the longest day today.

As I left the house to go to the theatre the bees were loving the toadflax down the drive.
