Flower Bed

Drove over to drop my prints in to LnR for the Midland Salon, I went early to avoid the queues of traffic into Stourport & was there & back before 9am.
We dug out the shrubs in front of the conservatory earlier this year because the builder was coming but that’s now been delayed until next year so I’ve dug the soil over & edged it up ready for the many cosmos, dahlias & marigolds that I’ve grown from seed. It will give us some colour this summer & autumn rather than it being a bare patch of soil.
It was too hot at times with a few short heavy downpours, I think this hot weather is due to break tomorrow.
