Say What?

Well, For a quite uneventful day, it sure ended with a bang!  (well, three bangs)  Trump has attacked Iran?  And I am now supposed to just head off to bed and sleep? Geez...What next? I hate to think....

What I had planned to write about tonight seems so trivial now.. hummingbirds, Canada Geese, dock spiders...I will just say that our day was very low key, spent mostly indoors and uneventful except for the weather.

A series of squalls blew through with rain, high winds, lightning and deafening thunder. Environment Canada had issued a Squall Warning so we were prepared, but it also issued a Heat Warning for tomorrow... and I don't like heat waves.... hmmm

I did get a chance to sit out on the dock before and between the squalls and managed to take a couple of photos to post, but mostly, I took the opportunity to lounge about and read..and was quite successful at doing that; I actually finished my novel and now tomorrow can start a new one. I love starting new novels...

So..enough of that...I have to go now... I had to turn off the TV earlier as Trump was about to speak and I just can't listen to that man; so, maybe now it is safe to turn it back on again and find out if the world is ending...
