BLACKBIRD ON GUARD DUTY

I slept pretty well last night, which is great and I didn't hear the heavy rain and wind that hubby said he heard, which is unusual!!!

So much cooler and better today.  That heat yesterday was so oppresive, I love the sunshine but without the heat myself.

This wee young fella was on our neighbour's roof so I thought he would make a good blip for today.  Difficult to take due to the wind but somehow I must have clicked at the right time when even his feather aren't looking ruffled.  

Due to it being cooler I caught up with my ironing this morning and now feel very virtuous of course '-).    Sorting out real photos and albums this afternoon - well making a start as I have hundreds to go through.

The world is a scary place right now and how a 5 times draft dodging coward can, and is allowed to send other people to war is beyond me. I hope his followers now realise what a huge mistake they have made, but I doubt it.
