Summer Solstice

Woke up at 4.00am to meet Steph and Shaun on the hill for sunrise. It was a very beautiful sight, still, quiet and cool after all the heat of the last few days. 

In the evening we went back, with all the local lot and saw the same sun setting. Inbetween we went for a long swim at the lido and tried to afternoon nap but it was too hot.
