Evening Primrose

A busy day in the garden today as it was much cooler (26c) and a wind blowing. We were chopping off branches from other peoples trees/shrubs that overhang the garden and then two trees at the bottom of the garden that have grown rapidly. They were massively trimmed down last year by tree surgeons. My daughter has a very long handled lopper for tree work. I was helping catch branches and then clipping and bagging them.
I stopped in the end as my back was aching. My daughter assisted after she finished lopping off branches. We have three bagfuls of garden waste. Now a trip to the icecream cafe.
