Goslar

Steinbock_Travels day 3.
After an early breakfast of frozen croissants from the freezer, baked in the little oven, some cherries from Manfred, we packed up and left the super little park up at Badesee Gernsheim. We headed north, traffic not bad at all to Goslar.
We found a good place to park near our friends house, well flat. They have lived in the new flat for a few years, but we’ve never been. It really is lovely and spacious with a little garden. After a very late lunch, we went for a wonder around Goslar. I bought some things for the truck, butter dish, small whisk, tiny measuring jug, then we decided to have an Aperol Spritz in this fantastic little Innenhof beer garden. It was pretty hot, ca 30 deg C.
Back at the flat, Ollie got cooking, he is a trained chef and made a delicious paella. With a few glasses of wine, lots of chatting, we walked back to our truck, and had a pretty good night’s sleep.
