My mate, Michael

I was taking some photos for a local church today and my mate, Michael, made sure I followed him up the church tower to take some pictures of the bellringers.

Michael is one of those extraordinary humans who just exudes grace and inspires deeper thinking. He's an ex-teacher, a volunteer youth worker, a food-hub helper, poet, walker and bellringer. I had the pleasure of joining Michael on a trip to Malaysia a few years ago and still enjoy catching up with him when I see him around.
