Hollywood - But Not As You Know It

Spent a lovely day in Hollywood.........in the Wicklow Hills. Great 30s/40s vintage show where the village is closed to vehicles built after 1950..... Colcannon and pork ribs for dinner (€5.00) with strong tay to go with it...They made my bread for me while I waited and the butter to go on it... Sheep sheering with hand shears, set dancing, hand crafts, sheep trials.... A high proportion of visitors wear fashion of the 40's and before... A great day in all..... Had thought I might have met a friend in red shoes (not the Pope!!!) but she had business elsewhere and more pressing matters...
