Open gardens

We spent the afternoon looking round open gardens in Bedford Park, Chiswick, an early planned estate of houses that were 'affordable' in 1875 but are expensive and highly desirable now. There were a variety of gardens, all interesting, and many had little hedges, topiary and flowering jasmine.
