Wild Flower Patch

I had a very busy, and a very stressful morning. The stress was as a result of my tricky staffing issue. Let’s just say that things came to a head, and after a long chat, I had to send a colleague home. They had other ideas, but went in the end. All very stressful. That took up far too much time, but I did eventually get away from the office as I was in a half day.

I had to rush to catch a bus to get to my hairdresser, as this was the only appointment I could get for weeks. I used the time to de-stress, though I don’t think I really de-stressed, as it has all been playing in my mind.

Hair done, I headed back into town. I had said zi would try and get BBa few Euros, but failed. I did pick him up a couple of things, which he was grateful for, and also picked up stuff for tea. In the end I was heading home on the bus, just before the one I normally get home from work.

I went for a quick walk after tea, then tried to encourage BB to do a bit if packing. It was starting to feel like the stress before a DoE expedition all over again, especially when he announced at 11:20pm that some of the things he wanted to take were in the laundry basket!!!

I out s load of washing on and went to bed. He never learns.
