Mental health appointment

I have a long overdue mental health appointment on Tuesday and I am really nervous. I don't know what to expect. I am on the waiting list still for an ADHD assessment but at the moment in my area there is no pathway so it's just a never ending waiting list. I am hopeful they will consider changing my meds as the sweating due to them is unreal! I mean I can't style my hair or wear make up which really gets me down as I struggle with how i look so badly. I hope this all ends well.
