Another day, another gig

100km round trip for me - to play a few hymns between decades of the Rosary.  This is a yearly commitment of the HFC band, for the Corpus Christi parade in Blackwater.

We started in bright sunshine, but rather windy conditions, and watched as the clouds and the parade approached together.  Luckily the rain held off till after we'd disbanded, but I drove home through some torrential conditions.

Meanwhile, W was baking - blondies and rusks.  The kitchen smelt very good when I got home.
