Kukuljärvi

Finally we did the Kukuljärvi circle trail. We started early at 08.30 in Strömfors and did a 2.5h long, wonderfully varying and sometimes almost demanding hike. The lake Kukuljärvi in between is like a hidden gem surrounded by dense forest. We even did 150m altitude, which is quite a lot for a flat area like ours. Thank you Sara Evans for encouraging us to explore this lake.

A very relaxed afternoon at home. While the morning was fairly sunny, clouds started moving in early afternoon.

Sunset tonight will be at 10.48pm, sunrise at 03.46am. Long days and short nights. Not complaining. It suits us very well.
