Notes: Leisurely morning. Michelle headed out and I walked out w/ her and put on my new FL plate (apparently they automatically send a new one every 10 yrs - annoying). At 10a, went down the pool tho completely flabbergasted at the ultimate stupidity there - can hardly bring myself to want to ever go back. Shower off (hot and humid already and getting much worse for the next week). Had another hot beverage (mushroom coffee) with some warmed up ground beef and the rest of my sweet potato/choc chip muffin (Michelle got at Mom's yesterday). Feeling pretty off, irritated and untethered much of the day. Michelle & I left 3p for A Call to Spirit office - the Sistership Circle went well. Got back after 6p. Ate the rest of the tacos, started the Manhunt show on the Unabomber.
