Tufted Duck

A very blustery and damp day, some heavy rain at times. Temperature didn't get above 14C.

Although I couldn't make out the tuft, I think this is a tufted duck.  Quite common here and distinctive with its yellow eye and grey bill.  I might be wrong though!!!!
