Trebah Gardens. SW Cornwall.
We arrived there before lunch and I spent the whole afternoon just drinking in the absolute sub tropical lushness of the acres of the wooded valley which runs down to the beach at the mouth of the Helford River.
There is so much to see.
(I’ll include a link to the website. There is a short video there showing the beautiful views and woodland. ) https://www.trebahgarden.co.uk/
In my main photo is the view which stretches out before you once you enter from the Visitor Centre. It is breathtaking. And I feel like that each time we have been before.
I’ll include a couple of photos in extras,
Both of us standing under the Giant Gunnera plants!
And the other extra the view back up the valley to the top where you can see a beautiful White House. We went all the way down to the bottom and the small beach, where you can buy an ice cream and drink. It is private to the Gardens, and as such never crowded and so peaceful.
I certainly had a work out today!
I was using my crutch all the same.
It’s now teatime,
So I’ll finish here.
It already feels like we’ve been here a week, and it’s only 3 full days!
