Mr & Mrs G run

Super pleased that after months of carefully rehab running and some confidence issues Lou came back to running club last night
She was very sensible and went in slower than her usual pace group to see if she could do 45 mins without a run / walk which had been part of the rehab. Girl did good.
Bit of fashionista madness from me.. cap & glasses to match my watch…. And picked up new running vest at the end of the run
