Today St.John the Baptist's Nativity is probably celebrated in other parts of the Christian world apart from our town. Some neighbors started videoke  yesterday afternoon and are still singing until this moment. 

As a family, we have never celebrated the town's feast like everyone else who prepares and cooks like it's Christmas or New Year's. We're used to having this day go on quietly without visitors from elsewhere. B shot a baptism this morning and was invited to someone else's house afterwards to have fiesta food.
