Tuesday 24th June, 2025...

First early start for the week... Ruben did a speed session with the Bush Turkey Track Club... David jogged with MBRR... I snoozed in the car... Then Madmacs Coffee van arrived at 6am, coffee was lovely... Pre Sunrise was a bit flat, it was a bit foggy... We didn't hang around for the Sun to come up over the back of clouds on the horizon...
When we got home, I headed back to bed, I had an hours sleep, woke up, still tired so went back to sleep for another hour... I made sure I got up out of bed this time as it was 9:30am...
