Back blip! White thistle?

Up early to go to memory clinic which was a great session and a group that now knows each other and has a laugh! The quiz was done by the daughter of John, who has dementia and was all about various John’s surnames! Ie Beatle named John, archbishop of York, fairly recent! Tennis player of ‘you can’t be serious’ fame! I got 11 out of 12 and the only one I didn’t know was a local lad you commented on cricket and ruby and football, John Inverdale!

Met my friend Debbie at12.30 and she came with me to look at some curtains I had found which she will be able to cut up for my lounge. We first went to the haberdashers to see some material I thought would be good but would cost a lot and then we walked to the recycling shop which is a treasure trove of all sorts of odds and ends! Length 254cms and width 470cms! I need to get them washed before Debbie shortens them considerably! They have been beautifully made and lined with blackout material! We then went home to ponder how it would work and Debbie thinks it will be fine! So we walked back to pick up the curtains and carry them home. Quite hungry by this point so we pooped to Wildwood to have lunch and discovered a seniors club menu for two courses for £10 and a soft drink or hot drink! Has to include a main so it ended up with both of us having bolognaise spaghetti and tiramisu to follow! No need to eat again! A very good deal!

I did however need to go for a walk later and noticed this meadow flower by the ferry terminal and took a quick snap! My only one of the day!
