Spelt bread

I think it's the first time I bought this one. Got it yesterday, was way too late in the afternoon to get my favourite bread in the bakery. So I had to take home what was still sitting there.

The crust is perfect and deserves to be called a crust. But the crumb is way too soft and fluffy for my liking, it's more like toast. If I want toast, I buy toast!
But it will be eaten and it won't last long until it's gone.

(but at least I didn't have a Marylin-Monroe-moment like yesterday because I was working from home)
