Just a nice view
Took Buddy to his Equine Therapy again today, he really does love the horses. We were going up the steep Crickley Hill, out of Gloucester on the way to Oxford, Cirencester and Swindon depending on which you go from the 'Air Balloon' roundabout. There was a large van type vehicle in the right hand lane as we, in the left lane, slowly caught up with it. I said to Buddy "Do you know what's in that van", he replied "No" and then he caught sight of the printing on the top. He very excitedly shouted "HORSES".
The Air Balloon was a very old pub, built of Cotswold Stone in the 18th Century. It had to go as part of the redevelopment of the A417 'Missing Link' that I've mentioned before, but I was surprised it wasn't a listed building. The Air Balloon, Birdlip - Wikipedia
