Grand niece!

What a cheerful babe most of the time! I enjoyed snuggling with her again.

I woke up early today - at 5am and couldn’t go back to sleep - too anxious about Jeanette and my flight to Lisbon tomorrow.

But first we started the day with another healthy breakfast and then dismantled our van-home before setting off again to Birmingham.

Overnight parking on Deb and Sam’s driveway, with the gracious offer of use of their toilet and shower.

Paul and Felicity, joined the gathering as well. We enjoyed an early dinner in Tom and Julia’s back garden - A joint effort on the part of Sam, who cooked the special rice, and Julia, who cooked the Nigerian chicken dish.

Jeanette got invited to stay at Tom and Julia’s so she could have more room to get her bags all sorted out and transferred to her large cases.
This was warmly received.
