Scarifying the lawn

I think "lawn" is a rather grandiose name for our daisy-grass but I do try to encourage the grass to take precedence over the moss (and control the daisies a bit).
It was another busy day after a late night. We didn't win the pub quiz but we had an enjoyable evening and got a couple of raffle prizes. The event made a good sum for the charity.
This morning was Keepfit and then I had various things to do in relation to safeguarding before doing some shopping. I like to use the till and a person, so do lots of others and there was quite a queue. It was just after I'd started unloading my trolley they opened another one!
Some emails to write this afternoon and then I went out and tackled the grass (I did clear the debris) before tea.
This evening was our prayer meeting at church.
