Allermuir Hil and Braidburn Valley Park
Back to normal today, all the technical issues are at work, and I get paid to fix them. I am also awaiting a phone call from a Court Clerk as I may be asked to do Jury Duty. Weather is cool outside. The wind is a bit north of west, so it feels very fresh in the wind. Walk around the park, where partner spent a lot of time photographing ladybirds.
Afternoon rain showers fail to appear. In fact there are brief periods of sunshine, the proof shown in the blip photo. Admittedly it heading eastwards at a fair rate due to the wind, but it is there all the same. We sat in the park for a few minutes, sheltered from the wind, when the sun does appear it feels very pleasant. But not for very long. The recent hot and sunny weather has spoiled us.
Not had a phone call from the Court Clerk, but still have to phone the Jury Service hotline. The message says I may get a phone call again tomorrow. But I prefer this method to the pre-covid version of having to turn up to court, sit around for the ballot, and then go home if I have not been selected, and phone up the hotline to see if I have to go to court again the next day.
