GOLDEN RAIN TREE

The clusters of TINY flower on this tree may seem insignificant,
but check out my EXTRA to see what masses look like.
We saw it at the park & I believe it is the GOLDEN RAIN TREE, native to
China, arriving in Europe in 1747 & in North America soon after, in
1763.

Today was our last day in the 70'sF (21.1+C).  Tomorrow we
jump into the 80'sF (26.6+C) and march into the "dog days of
Summer," in July.  We are one of the few places that is not
in a heat wave in the US, which is unusual.  I enjoyed today,
but know the heat is coming, here too.  Summer has arrived.
