To the Art Gallery of NSW to see this year’s portrait, landscape and subject/genre/mural painting prize finalists. The gallery meets the criterion of old, for here, built in the 1890s. I took a photo of the frontage, but really liked the reflections in the infinity pools either side of the entrance. So left to right: a young woman in black with a large white bag, an equestrian statue titled ‘The Offerings of War’ and a lamppost.
