Colorful

I typically don’t photograph food but all the colors in this veggie casserole I was assembling proved irresistible: zucchini, yellow squash, red and green peppers and onions. Lastly I’ll sprinkle nondairy shredded cheese on the top before covering and baking it • So simple • Another brutally hot day but, alas, it’s the last, at least for now. We’ve spent most of the day indoors. The good news is tomorrow should be 25 degrees cooler. Looking forward to a refreshing walk! • Peace & Love
