We often see frogs when we cut the grass and move them off to another part of the garden if we can. I don't know where they come from as we don't have a pond and the farmer tries his best to drain any boggy bits of his land.

I had an aqua class this morning. Colin was today's instructor, he always makes us work hard with loads of cardio, but I really felt good afterwards :-) I didn't go for a sauna today, it was time for the weekly shop.

It has been a dry day, not too warm but just right for drying washing outdoors.

I bottled some kombucha - I had experimented with using masala and ginger chai types of tea instead of the usual "builders", and the results are very tasty! The ginger is undergoing a secondary fermentation with nectarine, as I think it would benefit from some fizz. The masala one is good enough to drink straight from the bottle.
