Cows

Today we went to see what our researchers have been up to on the farm outside Edinburgh.  They are breeding cattle who produce less methane. All measured carefully in chambers. They use the methane produced along with biodigestate to grow lettuce. 

Was all fascinating. 

Drove home with colleagues and now in our house which is halfway through getting the new radiators fitted. A huge mess but will be great tomorrow.  The fitters are doing a great job.

Now preparing to be up early and vacate the house before 8am.
Oh yes, and KK passed his driving test today after only 9 days of lessons. They don't hang about in the Marines.
