and breathe....

Another very busy day.

This morning was spent making soap, until I messed up my lye solution, several hours into the process. I didnt have time to start again then so had to save that for later.

Then it was a 100mile round trip of restocks at retail outlets. First up Fort Kinnaird, then Dalkeith and then down to Tweedsmuir. 

On my way back I stopped at Broughton Knowe Wood for some fresh air. That little wander amongst all the trees and wild flowers with the insects buzzing all over the place did me the world of good. 

Then it was back home to return to the soapmaking. We also had S's brother arrive for his B&B. Thankfully they've gone out as I still had work to do playing catch up and prepping for tomorrow. All done now and have come straight up to bed.
