Illusions

'Everybody needs to have a bank of illusions'... We were talking about being able to just stop and be.  Also being able to have our own fantasy world to escape to when reality gets too tough, like we did naturally when we were kids with endless summers off. 
We sat for a couple of hours chatting and eating 'surf breakers'.  This is what my sister called a scone with jam and cream in the 80's in her cafe in Spiddal.  
I did a 'triathlon' today, swim,spin,pilates.  I'll definitely sleep tonight.
