Bus Pass Walk

Backblip for Tuesday 17/6. Getting a long way behind again! 6 of us caught the bus to East Riddlesden Hall this morning where we were joined by AuntieP for coffee and their excellent scones. It was very warm so I had an iced latte. 6 of us then walked along the canal to 5 Rise Locks where it was very busy, but managed to get an outside table for lunch. A few photos taken, but I liked this quiet section of the canal and the greenery under a lovely sky. Extra shows the busier section and moorings as we were approaching 5 Rise Locks. Walking back to Bingley we noticed that the canal was extremely low - not sure if it is due to the lack of rain or a leak somewhere! Bus back to the village and 3 & Go at the local.
