The guilty one...

Or maybe I was being punished.

I came home this afternoon to find a roll of paper towel had been knocked onto the floor. Fortunately that is all she did. Sometimes she will unroll it too. When I came home this evening, I realized that I had only given her wet food this morning, I had not put any of the dry food in her dish.

We had some hedges to do today, and I had to rent the pole trimmer to get them done. I sent some of the crew to do some weeding at a couple of places. I had to stay and supervise getting the hedges done. One of them is about 7 feet high and 6 feet wide. I brought a ladder with me too, and the guys took turns using the trimmer. Last year they used the back of my truck to stand on while trimming it.

After we finished I had a meeting with a client to discuss what we will do with her garden. The guys relaid her patio and put some river rock down. Plus they made a base so she could move her rain barrel.

This evening there was a meeting to get to know some of the others going on the Quebec trip. We will have another meeting in July.

The heat warning has ended, but it is still hot outside. The temperature is 25 C. This afternoon it was 32 C. Overnight the temperature is supposed to drop back to 14 C. Tomorrow and Friday the high will be 21 - 23 C. The trip on the Bluenose planned for Saturday has been postponed to July 19 due to showers in the forecast for Saturday.
