Umbellifer

Thankfully a day where I have more energy and definitely feel better! It’s just as well as we spend the morning trying to sort out G’s mum’s wardrobe needs! She has definite ideas of what she likes, and we’ve tried to meet these with some purchases.  Some make the grade while others are rejected - but at least she has some new items and it’s good that she takes pride in her appearance. 

In need of restoration, we take a trip to the reserve in Conwy which seems to have been taken over by Canada geese and little egrets! I’m afraid I can’t get excited about them as photographic subjects - particularly as they’re rather distant. Instead I focus on some floral subjects, opting for the almost monochrome cow parsley (or Queen Anne’s Lace or wild Angelica ………I find these umbellifers so hard to identify!)- complete with a whole colony of little aphids.
