Enjoying The Sun

A Chance remark yesterday from Sam gave me pause to think about where I’m heading from here. From Sam’s perspective and perhaps Mrs S I spend a good deal of time doing thins for others at the expense of time with them and of course no one wants to say; “your not getting any younger”.
So as I scraped paint from the gig for three hours this morning I pondered the way ahead.
I’m committed to getting the gig finished and as ‘Bosun’ at Epic until November, I’ve stood down from the rugby club committee but will continue Thursday morning volunteering with the proviso that family is first. February will see me finishing on the RNA committee and enjoying my time as “just a member”.

I still have a large number of Bucket List items to see, do and experience.

Just need to remind myself now & again of what’s important.
