Borage. This flower’s profusely throughout the Summer. It has a cucumber smell if the stems are broken. Widely used with Pimm’s or on cakes etc. You can freeze them in ice cubes to add to drinks. The bees love them and once sown they self seed every year as here at the end of my garden.
