3868. Snail Shaped Cross Body Bag

My friend asked me to make her a snail shaped cross body bag…..and here’s the one I made! I’m pretty chuffed with it because it actually looks like a snail and I made it up as I went along. I’d actually bought a pattern but it was impossible to follow, so I just made it up by trial and error, it did get pulled undone several times! She wanted a mushroom on the she’ll side, and I added skull buttons to the stalks too! I managed to line it with some pretty leaf patterned cotton so nothing will get lost through the holes.

She absolutely loves it, so job done!
