Headingley
We've been away in Yorkshire. The first Test against the Indians in Leeds.
We stayed with family and travelled to the ground by train. The old Asian-run shop still sold delicious fresh samosa, huge and only a pound each. I bought four, lunch taken care of.
On the field England disposed of the remaining Indian batsmen in fairly quick time and survived a menacing half hour before close.
We didn't buy much beer. It was £7.30 a pint!
