Look away if you’re squeamish!

Turns out I’m not scrubbing the wounds on Elvis’s face hard enough! The vet had a go today, and managed to get all the scabs off leaving raw patches! I’ve been doing it gently as it hurts!
 Anyway, this is the before photo, the yellowish tinge is the colour of the antiseptic which gets put on after the scrubbing, but the awful infected smell has gone.
The antibiotics, steroids and life in the cone continue, and it’s back to the vet on Tuesday.
