Mono Abstract

Some chores this morning before, meeting dear friends for a belated birthday lunch at the Vine. First time to have lunch there as before only had morning coffee. and was impressed, good quick service, and my smoked salmon chunky sandwich was delicious. We were all happy, and as it was two of yes who had had recent birthdays, our waitress came with a triangle of a delicious chocolate brownie  for us both with Happy Birthday piped on the plate which we demolished quite happily :-)

This afternoon had an appointment for my annual check up at the surgery, everything so far ok. Just the blood samples to have results on etc.
