A very hot and sticky Zumba session this morning followed by an equally hot and sticky walk along the prom! Not liking the thunder flies which have been out in force.

Had a largely relaxed afternoon after making a birthday card…it included a nap! Going to bottom the ironing pile now before a bit of TV.
