Home from home

I couldn’t pass the library without popping my head in for a quick mooch around, especially as it was a fabulous listed building with this great staircase window.

We had a great time exploring around the city with a bus tour and then spent an enjoyable hour or so in the Railway museum.

We had a nice river walk back to our apartment for our final evening in York. It was a really enjoyable visit and were so lucky it cooled down enough for us to get out and explore. 

We saw some more filing taking place for ‘Patience’ so I must give it a watch in order to spot ll the parts of York we saw on our trip.
