Main activity: Thurs - pickleball, pool, nap
Notes: Up earlier than in a long time, waking just after 6a but not really getting moving until ~630a. Had time to stretch a bit and get ready and headed to Chalet Woods 745a for 8a play with just 3 others - was good, and we played until about 930a and then was just too hot. I headed back, changed and went down to the pool for 45 min or so, actually got in a couple times (water much warmer now). Back and showered, cooked some chicken spinach sausages in the toaster oven and made a taco bowl w/ one, Michelle was heating ground beef and made the same. She had a couple more patients after lunch then, I cleaned up the kitchen, was feeling so tired. Laid down mid aft and ended up dozing in and out until after 4p. Michelle headed to pickleball w/ Costco for gas first. I did an Essentrics while warming some of the beef broccoli and made a pear walnut arugula salad to go w/ ... and fresh dressing - so good! Also got a new water pitcher filter going. Relaxed then and watched a bit more Animal Kingdom after picking out some PB clothes for tomor (may do outdoor and then the Round Robin indoor). Michelle got back after 730p, showered, ate. We did an Essentrics (my 2nd) and watched a bit of a new show before winding down.
