Like you're 10 years old

A rainy day, heavy at times.

I watched the last episode for the season of Welcome to Wrexham.
Rob McIlhenney was talking to the team at a particularly stressful point of the season, two games left. Win and there's promotion, lose and... and...maybe nothing.
I was struck by one thing he said to relieve the tension and IMHO it applies not only to sport, but to everything in life.
Play and live like  you're 10 years old.
