Being silly

No.2 is in Cornwall with Hannah.  He bought tickets for a gig at the Eden Project (I kept thinking it was Stereophonics but apparently Deftones - couldn't recognise any of their tunes if my life depended on it!!).

The called into Stonehenge on the way down and baulked at the entrance price although decided to get annual English Heritage membership so they can visit other places.  He sent a few pictures and I remember visiting years ago when you could walk amongst the stones, although now it is all cordoned off.

Frantic phone call mid afternoon - Hannah had a second interview for a job she is desperate to get but internet was out in the Airbnb - I do feel for her - so many hurdles.  Fingers crossed it all worked out.

I had a lovely morning, coffee and catch up with Helen (Lala) - good to be back but glad I am retired!!

Home to start/finish packing and a bit more pruning before leaving the garden for another week.  I have packed lots of Aimee's postcards so will take her with us too.
