The Lemon Sisters

My Daylilies are busting out all over the garden.  This lovely pair is in the front garden.  It is a ruffled edge variety and judging by the dozens of buds on each plant, they will be "performing" on the garden stage for a while.  Off course, this reminded me of the singing group, The Lennon Sisters from the late 1950's which I watched on the Lawrence Welk show.  Here's a link to one of their performances.  Another beautiful, cool day and I will drag myself out of the studio and do some errands. I think my Lemon Sisters are singing a joyful song!  I've added an extra of the view from the Back Porch Cafe of the splendid Evening Primrose display.
