Day lilies

An amazing year for these little troopers. Despite the heat and drought, there are hundreds of blooms every day. The rest of us are drooping a little. Koj and Nouba have spent much of the day stretched out on the cold tiles while we have got stuff done very slowly. Even hotter tomorrow. We can’t get up much earlier to walk dogs and do chores or we’ll meet ourselves going to bed!
