Just Two Of Our Bees

We've done a lot of vacuuming, dusting and tidying today, on and off. Daughter#1 is visiting for just one night next week. She said we needn't bother cleaning on her account but we needed an excuse to get a bit straighter.

I also brought the air con unit in from the garage and set it up in the living room. I was relieved that it still works. It was quite an expense for a few days use per year. Anyway, that should put pay to summer then.

I also managed to find time to get loads of bee images. I had this idea to take lots of shots and do a multiple exposure edit to show how many we have on the lavender. That didn't work though, and in fact none of the 100 or so shots I got were much good. This is the best of a poor lot. I wonder if there is some sort of bee traffic control at work here.

I'm now waiting excitedly for the delivery of some cable tidy trays that I ordered from Amazon. I'm finally going to sort out the mess of cables under my desk. Another reason for the cleaning.
